Excitement is mounting around the 2016 Telethon Home which is now under construction at Eden Beach Estate, Jindalee.
Built by In-Vogue for the eleventh consecutive year, the annual auction of the Telethon Home is one of the biggest fundraising events on the Telethon calendar and this year’s home looks set to be a stunner.
Satterley Property Group, and Ocean Springs Pty Ltd, along with Eden Beach Estate’s other development partners have generously donated the prize 537sqm block where the home is being constructed.
Located in Perth’s north coastal corridor the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home has been custom designed by In-Vogue to take advantage of the views to the ocean and nearby park as well as maximise the space available on the large corner block.
The design and construction of the Telethon home is a highlight for the In-Vogue team each year as they work together on a project which contributes so much to the children of Western Australia.
The 2016 Eden Beach Telethon Home by In-Vogue has been designed in a contemporary style with a modern skillion façade and incorporates a warm-toned feature brick to the striking elevation. The split level interior works in with the natural contours of the land and includes a home theatre, office and kids zone with direct access to a private play area on the ground floor and parents retreat complete with hotel style ensuite and freestanding bath upstairs.
